Do women need to train different to men? This is a question I constantly get asked by my female clients.
At the beginning of my career, I was a text book personal trainer and I was scared to step out and experiment with clients in fear of failure.
Using my own body, and that of close friends I started to experiment with workouts that I felt could achieve great benefits for the female body. As teenagers we are introduced to hormonal challenges with PMS, then some of us experience Diastis Recti, and then we're slapped with menopause.
Working through my own hormonal issues and how I wanted my body to shape up, I realised that yes, women should workout differently to men.
Yes we will lift weights (heavy at times) and do lunges and work our core, however we should just do it different to men.

I’ve designed the Body Shape and Tone program to be challenging to give you incredible results. Each week I provide a new workout which provides small, precise movements working on individual muscle groups. The workouts tightens and reshapes your body increasing muscle strength, flexibility and your body posture. All exercises are safe using injury free techniques suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness.
