What does your program include?


My program includes  new workouts each week, home workouts which is excellent for on-the-go in a park, on the beach or in an hotel room for each weekday. The workouts are posted on my website, https://www.zeldadelgado.com Each workout includes a video demonstration as well as a description for each exercise. The program also includes a meal plan for every week day along with a grocery shopping list for the week. The meal plan consists of the main 3 meals for every weekday – Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and a list that can easily be used as Snacks. With a membership, you will receive access to exclusive live videos where Zelda shares live workouts, Q&A sessions, and more!


Can I do this program at home?

My program includes a home workout! Perfect or working out at home or traveling. Minimal equipment is required.  Each workout will give you the equipment needed.


What equipment do I need for the  workouts?

The home workouts will only require dumbbells, long resistance bands, a chair/step/or bench, and optional mini bands.

How long are the workouts?

The home workouts typically take about 40-50 minutes There is a shorter and longer option to each workout so that you can chose either a 20-30 minutes, or 50-60 minutes.

How much is your program?

My program is $19.99 per month. It is an auto renewing monthly subscription, that can be canceled at any time.


Can I cancel at any time?

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no additional fees.

How do I pay for the program?

Once you sign up, you will be directed to the payment payment.   You will then have access to the members area where you can view weekly training, meal plan, access to the private online group and weekly newsletters.
